The fifth DuikeninBeeld Dynamic Photo Contest is asking people to go over to their public vote page to chose their favourite as an overall winner of the competition. Entries were shortlisted at the Duikvaker Show in January. Please hurry, public voting only stays open until 28 February.

Fifth DuikeninBeeld Dynamic Photo Expo/Contest is huge success

DuikeninBeeld, the leading online platform for scuba divers in the Dutch speaking countries, organised for the fifth time in a row a Dynamic Photo Expo/Contest at the Dutch Dive Show Duikvaker.

Any underwater photographer can participate to this unique event and enter two pictures. These pictures (printed 60*90 cms) are exhibited during the dive show on DuikeninBeeld’s booth. The dive show’s visitors can vote which pictures will stay in the expo. Every hour, the four pictures with the lowest amount of votes, will be replaced by 4 new pictures. The expo is changing throughout the day.

At the end of the day, a jury of top Dutch underwater photographers (this year Ron Offermans, Marco Heesbeen and Rob Aarsen) is choosing two winners: one picture made in the Netherlands, the other one made outside of the Netherlands.

The 2018 winners are Janny Bosman (Saturday, in NL) and Goos van der Heide (Saturday, outside NL), and Lia van Nieuwenhuizen (Sunday, in NL) and Eric Madeja (Sunday, outside NL).

The contest will continue online during February, allowing the audience to choose their favourites. Voting is possible till February 28
